Summarize your bug Previously I was using an old laptop and Origin app happily to play my Red Alert 2 game. I bought a new laptop and downloaded the Origin app but it said I need to switch to EA App. I did and downloaded RA2 from my library in EA app. now every time I launch the game I am getting DDRAW.DLL Error Code= 80070057. Can anyone help me with this?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I bought Red Alert 2 from Origin long time ago. You need to own Red Alert 2 game to go through the same process.
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen resolution changes, Red Alert app closes and a notification pop ups with error code. When I click Ok on the notification the screen returns to normal.
What do you expect to see? Red Alert 2 game launching.
