Redeemed a FC24 game code but not in library

Hi,

I have redeemed a game code for FC24 on my account which got approved. I then started to download the game which stayed on preparing to download for over an hour. i therefore decided to cancel the download to restart it but then the game disappear from my library.

The launcher now says i don't own the game and when i try to redeem the code again it says it has already been redeemed.

I am therefore out of pocket with no game to play.

Any help on the subject would be greatly appreciated.

    Had the same problem, I found this and it worked! 

    - Top left in the EA app, click the three lines
    - Click 'Go Offline'
    - Wait for it to disconnect
    - Click the three lines again and click 'Go Online' (I restarted app)
    - Wait for it to reconnect
    - The products should now show as 'download'
