Redeemed codes and not received anything

Hello guys!I have a problem with my redeemed codes.I redeemed some fc points in my ea account and i don t received anything in game.I don t have any fc point and i redeemed two codes.Can someone help me please!!

me too, bought 2800 through a code on ea then loaded the game through ea and then steam and didnt show up on either platform

Hey @Mintdoggydog,Maybe this is a silly question, but can you double check that the code you bought was for FC 25 points and not FC 24?
