Redeemed codes and not received anything

Hello guys!I have a problem with my redeemed codes.I redeemed some fc points in my ea account and i don t received anything in game.I don t have any fc point and i redeemed two codes.Can someone help me please!!

Just to check, where did you redeem your codes exactly, and on what platform do you play?

@EA_QueenBee hello. One on the ea app on my pc and one on their site in my account section.Thank you for helping me!

Do you play on the EA app? Or via a console?

me too, bought 2800 through a code on ea then loaded the game through ea and then steam and didnt show up on either platform

Hey @Mintdoggydog,

Maybe this is a silly question, but can you double check that the code you bought was for FC 25 points and not FC 24?

me too just bought a code and didn't get anything. I made sure it's on ea app and for pc
