Resolved - Error 500 - "Something went wrong..." - 10 Mar. '23

Summarize your bug The app store doesn't show prices, and when I click on products, an error page '500' pops up. My friend list and my profile picture also don't load. Prior to this, I repaired the app due to incorrect currency in the store.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to browse games (or the Sims spring sale, to be more exact) and click on one of the products
What happens when the bug occurs? It says this: 500 Something went wrong... The server encountered a mysterious error. Try again in a little bit.
What do you expect to see? I expect a tab showing the game pack, the price and content.

The EA app has been acting strange for some time now, probably a few weeks.

    It looks like reports of Error 500 messages have subsided.

    If you're still experiencing this issue, please perform an EA app App Recovery and try again.
