How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Here are some (not all) of the solutions I have tried myself that have been suggested by others, and might work for you, but did not work for me. 1. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app + game 2. Repairing the Sims 4 3. Adding all the Sims-related folders and EA app to exclusions so they are not recognized as malware by your PC 4. Downloading the legacy version of Origin (I doubt this did/will work for anyone) 5. Changing the location of the app/game 6. Removing my Mods My problem might be that
What happens when the bug occurs? Will not open, "error on our end"
What do you expect to see? The game launching.

This game should work. I also follow the other forum thread and it is disappointing how many people have the same problem and have had for so long, but it still hasn't been fixed. I'll be talking to customer service (again) soon.
