I can't get the EA app to load on my PC

My EA app just stopped working. I tried to launch the Sims 4 and it says the EA app is not installed. It was installed earlier today when I was on it. I did end up having to delete the folders that said it was no longer there. Anyway long long story but now trying to download the app and nothing happens. It says to restart my computer and I do and there is no EA app installed, anyone know what could be going on?
