Summarize your bug Came onto my PC to play my games I bought on origin though now I must use EA. when I try logging in it says there is no account under my email. (phone number was never set up so i can't use that)
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to log into EA
What happens when the bug occurs? I am told there is no account under my credentials.
What do you expect to see? My log in fixed and to have all of my games back.

It sounds like you're logging in to the wrong account. The account you're posting with appears to be new as well so if that's the one you're logging in with, it wouldn't be showing any games you have on your main account.
