Says There Is No Account Under My Email Adress

Product: The EA app
Platform:PC
Error Report ID (learn how to create an Error Report ID in the sticky post) Says my account does not exist so I can't log in
Which client functionality are you experiencing this bug with? Other (Please Describe)
Please describe Cannot log into my account (EA says its non-existing)
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 02-17-2023
Summarize your bug Came onto my PC to play my games I bought on origin though now I must use EA. when I try logging in it says there is no account under my email. (phone number was never set up so i can't use that)
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to log into EA
What happens when the bug occurs? I am told there is no account under my credentials.
What do you expect to see? My log in fixed and to have all of my games back.

    It sounds like you're logging in to the wrong account. The account you're posting with appears to be new as well so if that's the one you're logging in with, it wouldn't be showing any games you have on your main account. An advisor should be able to track this down for you. It's not something we can help with over Answers HQ so you'll need to contact support again. To do that, please try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They'll look into this for you. Thanks!

    It sounds like you're logging in to the wrong account. The account you're posting with appears to be new as well so if that's the one you're logging in with, it wouldn't be showing any games you have on your main account.   • Yes, I just made this account so I could post something. I know exactly everything about my Origin account and all of the information but when I put it into EA log in it says it doesn't exist. Should I still contact that email? Was I supposed to make an EA account while Origin was still running so I could link them or are they the same thing?
