service limitations apply error

I have been getting the service limitations apply error since yesterday. So why doesn't it go away?

I am trying to sign in from South Australia - Australia. Incidentally, EA forums accept my login credentials but not the EA App request to reauthenticate. Any help welcomed.

    Hi, I have resolved the issues by 1. Clearing the cache, 2. creating a new password which triggered a successful request to authenticate, passcode = successful. Cheers
