Hi, I'm having this same problem but with Sims 3 University Life. For whatever reason, I am able to download all of my expansions and stuff packs except for this one. I keep getting the message that "Something went wrong" and it will not download.

I have this same problem as of today - all but one of my Sims 3 expansion packs (Pets) will download. Previously, none would download at all but I guess they pushed an update out recently? Why only Pets though for me?
