I'm having a bit of a crisis here and could use some help. So, I've bought these game packs a while ago (I think most recently 4 months ago) and for some reason, they just won't let me download them. I just made the switch from Origin to the EA app, It's driving me nuts because I can see them in my purchase history, and I definitely paid for them, but when I go to download, it's like they don't exist. I've purchased these on both the EA app and Origin. (I'm currently a Mac user)
Here's what I've tried so far:
1. Restarting my computer.
2. Logging out and back into EA.
3. Checking for any updates to Sims 4 and EA.
4. Reinstalling the EA app.None of these have worked, and I'm out of ideas. Has anyone else dealt with this and found a fix? Or maybe there's something super obvious I'm missing? Any advice would be awesome because I just wanna dive back into my Sims world.
Edit: I got the missing packs for free on Epic Games
I recently start playing sims4 on EA, but the problem is that I can't download dlc mods that I've bought on steam and it says the dlc only works on windows. So does that mean I have to buy the same dlc twice on Mac OS?PLZ help me Orz

Unfortunately Steam do not have Mac compatible sims 4 content.

The three packs that were free on the epic games store, I claimed and was able to use on origin on Mac after linking my accounts, but now that I am forced to use the EA app on Mac, these packs now say windows only and won’t let me download them. They worked perfectly fine on origin on Mac and it should not be a problem for it to work on EA app on Mac. I also had the same thing happen with the deluxe bonus content, even through that was purchased on origin. It still says windows only.
I was usually playing Sims 4 on my MacBook using the EA app, but since yesterday, 3 add-ons from Sims 4 have been deleted, saying they are only available on Windows. I remember receiving them through Epic Games when they were distributed for free in the past. My computer is a MacBook, so I was able to use it without any problems even after converting from the Origin app to the EA app, which is absurd. Has anyone experienced the same problem as me and solved it?
I talked with someone over the chat. They said to try this, that this would work :
go to menu in the far-left corner of the EA app.under Help.Click App recovery.Select Clear cache.Restart computerI tried it twice, it did not work and they closed the chat. lolmaybe it will work for you guys. After downloading the EA app rather than Origin I have been having issues.
Was working fine initially, then I opened EA one day and my game had to be redownloaded since then my game packs are missing.
First majority of them were missing I updated the EA app and most of them are back but now 2 packs that I own are greyed out and not showing up in the game

@adecamb - I just tried, it didn't work for me. This has been unfortunate.
At the end of the conversation they said that the packs that I bought on steam are not working on mac. I explained that they were working on origin (mac) but they said they can not do anything about it. That's not fair. They are asking customers to pay 2 times for their packs.
i'm on Mac and just switched to the EA app and when I log in i'm missing 3 add-ons I had previously purchased (Jungle Adventure, Street Fashion kit, and Luxury party stuff to be specific). They are downloaded but showing as greyed out in my manage add-ons tab saying "Available on Windows".
I switched from PC to Mac over a year ago and had no issue with these packs when I was using Origin on my Mac.
Any ideas on how to get these packs back into my game without having to repurchase them?
