Sims 4 download button greyed out on ea app
I was trying to play sims by clicking on the sims 4 application on my home screen and it wasn't loading, I thought maybe it was an issue with my mods and the new update so i removed all my mods and it still wouldn't open, so I opened the EA app and it says download instead of play, but the download button is greyed out and I can't click it, then I stupidly thought if I deleted the application from my desktop folder it would let me redownload the entire game, but it won't. I don't care about getting my saves back etc, just want to be able to play the game again! I tried redownloading origin as I read that on another post but origin is now redundant and not used so that was no use, please help!!
