KateeF Does your computer run Windows or macOS? Are you absolutely sure that this EA account is the one that bought the packs from EA? Even if you are sure, please go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and look for your order(s).
If you don't see any evidence you purchased the missing packs, check any other email address you have access to—try to sign into ea.com, reset your password if necessary, and look for the missing packs.
Please also list the packs that are missing from your EA game library.
