sims 4 expansion pack missing

Summarize your bug i have been owning get famous expansion pack years but suddenly it disapeared and i havent been able to download it anymore
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? not sure how i got it but i heard alot ppl have it XD
What happens when the bug occurs? it doesnt show i own it so i cant download it but in game i see map and it says i own it but i need to download it.
What do you expect to see? to be able to download it because i own it and be able to play it

not sure when i lost it because was just playing normally and it said i dont have pack for my save and i thought okay some bug and continued without noticing more first but soon i saw i actually had lost my get famous and tried to repair sims and clean ea cache and nothing.
i bought it around origin times from sims/origin so ea see my purchase history but they havent been able to help me. i have been contacting them alot and they have only said it is known issue they working to fix it and just wait blabla and here im 3 months later still nothing.
i have reinstalled sims, ea both 3 time already and i have searched EP06 and not finding it from my pc and it doesnt show get famous in my add-ons at ea app. i did some kinda soft reset for whole pc. i have added sims and all ea named programs to firewall / antivirus exclusions. i wrote sims 4 old to documents so i got new copy from sims and it didnt do anything. not sure if i already forgot some steps i have made but feels like i have tried everything without solution :D i dont even use any mods or cc and i have bought all add-ons from origin/ea.
