Sims 4 high school years not downloading
My Ea App shows that I have sims 4 high school years as an add on in my collection, but when I try to download it shows that my download has an error and I don't know why it's doing that.

The solution I had to this problem was that I forced my game to "repair" itself and the high school years packed queue-d in the download manager right after that.
I hope they fix this because I bought it yesterday and it wont download for some reason. Very disappointing.
I pre ordered high school years and it didn't install when it was released it's the 29th and it still won't work for me it says I already own it but won't let be download it
It has been 2 days since the release of high school years but my account still says processing. there is definitely money in my account so I have no idea why it won't download. What can I do? This is so frustrating because I can't play the new pack I pre-ordered and it's driving me insane ahaha.
- @missymeg101 Exact same issue with me and no fix. The pack comes up as unowned and gives me the buy option but when I click on it , it says it's already in my library! I've emailed EA and they basically said they've been getting similar reports from thousands of people and they are working on it and I asked them for a time frame and they had none! What a joke
I'm having issues too. I will click download and it literally just won't download. This is the first pack of any kind I have had this happen with. It is super frustrating.
- @kamyadabest123 was having this issue too. I just restarted my computer repaired game files and then restarted my computer again!
I did the same and that did not work for me.
hey is there any updates from EA regarding this issue? cz i'm still unable to download the pack and i've purchased the pack since Friday...
