Sims 4 high school years not downloading
My Ea App shows that I have sims 4 high school years as an add on in my collection, but when I try to download it shows that my download has an error and I don't know why it's doing that.

Is there any update on this? It's been past three weeks since the release.
- @RussianSuccubus Same issue still and yet no fixes for this. Tried to do a whole reinstall of the game on Ea desktop only to find out High School Years shows up as unowned, making me reinstall everything all over again on Origin. Infuriating.

Hi @LunarBritney, @RussianSuccubus, we pushed an update to EA App you should be seeing all dlc on EA App now.
/AticDang, it's November and the same problem is still happening... Classic, EA. This is why I'm not enabling Sims 5

/Atic@EA_Atic still not working on my EA App. Same issue - cannot download the already purchased downloadable content. As well as in my in-game startup screen, this DLC shows as a duplicate with nothing different between the two, save like hair color on The Sim's thumbnail preview. Still says that it's not downloaded to my game, but that I've purchased 'both' somehow... Update hasn't fixed my issue. Any other reports coming to EA stating it's still an issue?

I'm having this exact same issue after the update was supposedly pushed.. This is extremely frustrating for a game we love so much and out so much money into. Is there an update on when this will officially be fixed?
- @BlessedChaos09 game is updated to the latest version and I have done ALL the things that the help page have told me, multiple times and still nothing. I've purchased the game in EA app, so it's not in origin, for whatever weird reason, which is really frustrating.
I have this issue also However via Steam and I have both Origin and EA app. I tried with Both With teh other closed same issue Wont download at all.. But I do Own it.. Time this issue was fixed I think Since its dated way back when... Any chance It can be downloadable at least FFS
- Hi! ALmsot four months since release and this problem still isn't solved. It's quite honestly depressing!! Can't imagine what kind of bug could be so elusive the entire DLC is unavailable to some players. I hope there is a solution soon, but it's looking like EA is willing to just sweep this one under the rock and pretend it didn't happen.
I cant download it. It just pops up a error saying that it cant download to that place on my computer and that i should check if it is available or find a new rout for it or something. I dont know how i could do that in any case. I was so excited to be playing it this Christmas. can anyone help me with this problem?
