Summarize your bug When ever I start EA App and go to my library it shows my games as not been installed and if I click for example The Sims 4 ( I have almost all expansion packs etc.) it says I need to install all of them. Over 50GB. But I have them all already installed. I need to use App Recovery to make EA App to recognize I have my games already installed. This has been happening maybe a week now, every time when I restart EA App.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start EA App and try to play The Sims 4.
