every time I turn on my pc and have to login to ea, it will not show sims 4 and all the dlc in the library. I have to exit multiple times and go back in. thank goodness it eventually shows again but I shouldn't have to do this. it took about 6 times of restarting/ exiting the app to show my full library. it started doing this for me after the latest patch update. is this a common occurrence among others? if so, is there any word on when it'll be fixed? I've spent way too much money on all the packs for it to be gone one day.
@anxiouspancakee Please set the EA App to NOT start with Windows; the option should be under Settings > Application. Then restart your computer and test again.
When you quit the EA App, if you're not shutting down your computer, please also go into the Task Manager and kill the EABackgroundProcess, which can still be running after the App closes.
