Sims 4 Realm of Magic Pack Missing
Okay so, I have recently bought a new laptop and when I downloaded the EA App and then downloaded Sims 4, all my packs were there EXCEPT for Realm of Magic. I purchased Realm of Magic the first year it came out, and have been playing it on my old laptop ever since (and recently last week before I upgraded to a new laptop.) I checked all my purchase orders on my account and the purchase of Realm of Magic game pack isn't even on the list! So I am not even sure what happened to the game pack, or why its not even in my purchase history.. I don't know what to do here because I already paid for and HAVE BEEN playing this game pack, so I do not want to have to spend more money to buy it again. Someone please help, thanks!
If you right-click The Sims 4 game tile in your game library, and go to Show Game Details-> Game Packs, are you seeing Realm of Magic there as unlocked, or purchased?
