Hey @gladscj
Let's try the following steps to see if that will fix this for you:.
- Launch the EA app as an Admin ( right click on the app and select properties)
- Clear the cache data on the EA app (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Uninstall and reinstall the EA app
- Add it as an exclusion to Windows Security and your antivirus program.
