Someone changed my email address

Hy,

This early morning someone stole my credentials and changed my e-mail address. I cant retrieve it back and enter the old one I was using. Every time I want to change it I'm not able to. I have reciepts, other linked accounts that can prove that my account was compromised. I cant play any games now.
