EA help not working

every time i try to create a case and click on live chat i get this issue : 

THIS ISSUE ISN'T SUPPORTED BY ADVISORS

I've been getting it for the last 4 days ,I even tried changing the reason of the case and i still get the same issue, is there any other way to get help because this is getting frustrating.

    Hi there, I'm really sorry to hear that you can't contact EA Help via chat. Can you please tell us which topic you're selecting when trying to create a case? Also, if this is something that we can help you with here in the forums, let us know.

    I need help to unlink all link accounts connected as I no longer have access to my EA account because it has been hacked.

    Can you please try selecting "Update EA Account" as the topic when creating a new case?

    Can you please try using this link, scrolling down, clicking on Contact Us, and selecting to continue as a guest to see if you can start a chat?

    I still cannot,  all I get is : This issue isn't supported by advisors
