Star Wars Battlefront II - Purchase issue

Question

I bought the Star Wars Battlefront II game on sale, but now it says I have to buy it again, even though I paid for it, and it deducted the amount for it. When I bought it, my XBOX games subscription was still active, but when I managed to buy the game, I canceled it right away.. Now I wanted to play the game, but it says I have to buy the game again.. Someone please look into what the error is...

Hello aMarkasd​, for this issue, you can try a few things:

Delete your Xbox Gamertag, reboot the console, and log back in with your Xbox Account. You won't lose anything.
Make sure the account that has the game also has the Xbox Home set to your Xbox Console.
Try with a console factory reset, keeping games and apps.&nbsp;
If nothing works, please reach out to Xbox Supportso they can check this for you!
