I have EA Play on PC with my Xbox Game Pass membership, but for some reason, when I try to open Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order from EA Desktop, it just stays stuck on this screen shown in the png file right here and the game won't launch. Is there any way to fix this issue?

Hey, @RetroDavidNXS can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with JFO and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience. Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have? Let me know if this works or not for you. 🙂 /Atic

I had the same problem. But this fixed it for me. Its a pretty funny one. I Alt+F4 the starting art of the game and the game started normaly. 🥳

Hi. I have a similar problem. However, I had already purchased Jedi Fallen Order on Steam, but had not seen it on the EA Play Launcher. So I installed Jedi Fallen Order and launched it with the launcher open to see if I then see Jedi Fallen Order. I was promptly shown a message that Origin would not open if EA Play Launcher was open. So I closed it and Origin opened. The game is not compatible with EA Launcher. It's not your PC or yourself. It's simply the launcher itself. So it needs to be fixed by EA so that the game can launch through EA Launcher and not always try to launch through Origin.My experience, let's see what the support says about it.

@RetroDavidNXSMy Jedi Fallen Order is stopping before the Splash screen with an Error Dialog box stating "There is a problem with your game's setup. Please reinstall your game."
I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, working with EA Tech Support. nothing is working.
