@Cornyrose276 I did try your method, while inspired it did not work for me. No start, no log, no error.

When you have the chance can you grab an EA app Error Report ID and share it here so we can pass it along? 

For more info on how you can grab the ID check out this article on the EA Help website. 

Once you have the Error Report ID please share it in this thread. We just need the Report ID, not the log files themselves.

This is still an ongoing issue for me, and an extremely frustrating one at that. I was forced to 'upgrade' to a launcher that is not only significantly worse than its predecessor by most meaningful metrics, but a fundamentally broken one at that, leaving me unable to play the games I've paid for.

I would never have imagined that any launcher could ever be awful enough to make me nostalgic for Origin, but here we are.

So, I've tried literally everything else besides formatting my PC, and what worked for me was creating a new user profile, rebooting, logging into the new user I just created then launching the game. I'm on Windows 10, bought the game on Steam.

I wanted to follow up on this one and see if yall were still having an issue launching the game through Steam.

If you are please let us know and give us a brief description of what happens so we can take a look into this further.
