Steam-EA Account Linking Conflict - Need Help Unlinking

Hey folks, hoping someone can help with an account linking issue!
 
This is my first time trying to link my Steam account to my current EA account:
 
- My Steam account (ID: vu65F0u95FAu7B5Au6848) is showing as already linked to an EA account (27******@qq.com).

- But when I try to link it to my current EA account, I get an "account conflict" error (screenshot attached).
 
Would the mods or anyone who’s dealt with this help check the link status of that 27******@qq.com EA account, and assist with unlinking it so I can connect my Steam account properly?
