Technical Backend Review Needed – Legacy Origin Account Issues

I’m experiencing a persistent technical issue in Battlefield 1 (and various other EA games) where menu images and icons are not displayed at all. After extensive troubleshooting, including testing with a complete new EA App account, I confirmed that the issue only occurs with my old account from 2012 which was automatically migrated to ea after the shutdown of origin. The new account with the same steam connection, same pc and same installation works absolutely fine.
This suggests the old account may reference deprecated data or API endpoints from the Origin era. I’ve contacted support multiple times, but the issue has not been resolved, likely because it requires access to backend account data and the the chat support doen't have the knowledge and permissions to help with my problem (or even understand it..).
Because I want to keep all my data, game progression and so on I cannot switch to the new EA account and instead want my old account to work properly.
I’m looking for advice on how to escalate this to a Technical Account Specialistor "Tier 2" support team who can review and update the account data on the EA App infrastructure.
