Terrible blur in EA App

I have terrible font blur in EA App. I tried to fix this via ClearType, high DPI settings, windows 7/8 capability modes and checked my nvidia settings. Nothing helped.

Hi,

maybe too late, but try adding

"EACefSubProcess.exe"

in the Nvidia System Settings
