There's a problem with EA help,we can't make case and use live chat now

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You guys can find this problem easily So many people can't make case now

What do you expect to see? Plz fix it We really need help I used to contact you guys about this problem But someone deleted that question and banned my Account

    Please describe I wanna contact you guys,But it always shows Whoops! Our bot authentication found an error I asked my friend for help,But he got Whoops! Our bot authentication found an error as well  Can you guys fix the live chat
