Hello, is there a way I can get some help with a download that's been stuck for over a day after a number of catch clears, computer restarts, and trying to figure out what else I can do. i tried to let it do it's thing all night, but it's eaten up my only weekend to play the game for a while. Please guys I just want to build a house.

It's through EA APP on a Windows 10 PC for The Sims 3.
