I bought 3 days ago 2 kits + 1 pack as well as preordered the new pack. When I try to download the 2 kits or the pack, it loads an error saying ; "There was a problem with your download. - There was a problem with your download, please wait a few minutes and try again"
I tried, uninstalling the game, tried cleaning the EA cache, tried reparing the game (though as I play through Steam, it was more checking if there was any corrupt files), nothing works...
Same exact thing is happening to me & I havent figured it out yet 😔
For sure is depending on EA app, not us, users. But it's taking too long and no public communication about this.
It's depressing, I was looking forward to play again as I had some time off and now I'm just mad at the game 🤐
Because of the game update, it seems now everything is downloading properly - You could maybe try on your side? 😊
