can i please get some help with my issues its almost 3 months now

The last 3 months I've been trying to get help from EA support for the Sims with no solution. I am giving up as of this moment because that's ridiculous.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try and download the game
What happens when the bug occurs? The download errors after staying on preparing for around a minute
What do you expect to see? The game and my 41 addons to download
This has been happening since the 27th of Dec, still having this issue now. Other games download perfectly fine but Sims 4 is the only game i cant download. The drive I'm installing on has over 800GB of space remaining. I have no clue what else to do after trying:

I can´t dowload the new update. It tells me something is wrong and to try later. I have restarted my computer, cleared the cache and tried running the app as a administrator. Nothing works. I was going to try and repair the game but can´t find an option.

Summarize your bug I cant downlod game because of issue that asks me to try to download game in a few minutes/ Nothing helps to fix it. Reinslalling launcher also/

What do you expect to see? Sucсessfull download of the game
I have no idea how to fix it. I uninstalled an app and installed it again. I cleared cache and it also didn't help. Changing the address of downloading three times also didn't help.
@Беда Probably I have to add that the game I'm trying to download is an Apex Legends.

What happens when the bug occurs? The download gives me an error after staying on "Preparing..." for around two minutes (There's a problem with your download)
What do you expect to see? Download starts succesfully
Why I pay money for EA Pass and cant use it? I already tried everything (Clearing cache, choose different drives, reinstall EA APP, lower my UAC in Windows, limit download speed in Ea app, etc) etc)
Same issue! I can't get anything to download on EA App. I have NEVER had issues like this on any other platform. I try to download anything, and it says preparing for a few minutes, then boom download error. I have tried every troubleshoot step on the internet and nothing worked. THIS IS INSANE!
Glad i'm not the only one. Was really looking forward to playing F1 23. Shame.
Same here Just built a new pc and was excited to play madden 24 on game pass it says preparing to download and then says there was a problem with your download. have not seen a fix anywhere.
I keep getting download errors when trying to install Madden 24, I tried downloading Madden 22 and it worked fine. I've tried clearing my cache but that did not work. Any other tips appreciated.
I just subscribed to EA play and I can´t install Madden 24. I can install every other game that I purchased and have on my library, but I can´t instal the ea play games. It keeps saying preparing and then says that there is a downloanding error
I tried both from xbox game pass and from purchasing the game from epic and the issue still happens
I am running the launcher and desktop as admin, I updated direct x, I updated C++, I uninstalled/reinstalled the EA app, I rebooted my device
This is it for me, if this game doesn't download I am just go to leave EA for good
Hi Guys, I am trying to download the game from the EA app but not able to download it. If some one have the fix let me know. Because I cannot let my money get wasted. EA I don't know how to will ask money to people when the application is only not running where we cant download the games.
I'm a member of EA play. I've tried everything. It's giving me a download error. ''there's a problem with your download'' I don't know why.
I have the same issue. I have Xbox Game Pass which includes EA play. I’ve been playing Madden 23 with no issues, but I cannot download Madden 24. It gets stuck in the “preparing” phase then just comes up with a download error.
I also have exactly same problem. It is definitely problme of ea app.I bought Game pass on xbox, and link XBOX to EA app, and try to download Battle field V but it giving me a download error same as you.
The wired thing is only the Apex Legend can downloadable which is in my library. So i tired to download other free to play app like sims4, but i can not add sims4 to my library too. I think the whole system in ea app is broken. EA app maybe check the library to download the game. I guess If the game you want to download is in the library, ea allows to download.
So currently "add to library" system is totally broken, in other words, you can't fix the "download error" problem untill EA support team notice this issue and Give us a new patch of ea app.
Crazy. I even opened my own thread with this issue, clearly stating it was a PC thing and my post got moved ot a thread about the xbox s/X fourm and a game trial issue😬
HI, this is my first time using this kind of service.
I want to install FIFA from the XBOX Apps, when i press install, it redirects me to EA launcher
I then wait for EA Launcher to get installed then asked to login, i use the google sign in and log in with the same email with the PC Game Pass one
Turns out it was an old account of mine i was not aware off, then i had to reset the password because i forgot it. then i was asked to link the account.
After linking the account, i was redirected to FIFA 23 Page and i pressed download. a minute passed and this error showed.

i then wait and try again many times but the error keep coming up.
i tried to install straight from EA play and it keeps showing.
some of the things i have done
1. Wait and try again
2. Delete Cache (by pressing EA Recovery)
3. install the game from EA Launcher
4. install the game from XBOX Launcher
5. Run the launcher as administrator
6. Restart laptop
7. Unlink and Re-link xbox account to ea account
8. Tried to download another EA Games.
It all doesn't work and gives me the same errors.
I am aware that lots of people are having the problem too but lots of them are facing unsolved cases.
Please help me to deal with this problem because i am very confused and tired.

I'm having the same issue a mnd error code with Madden 24
I can't download any game. I have a issue with EA Play and I can't download anything. When I started to download the app says "there's a problem with your download"
I reinstall the app but nothing changed. Help me please ?
