"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

Hi @EA_Kent i am having a similar issue. I am trying to update my game and download growing together which I have just bought. Update or GT download prepares up to around fifty percent and then states that something went wrong try again. I have cleared app cache. Can you work your magic on this issue? Thanks.

    I am having this problem only with Madden 25 pre-load. Downloading with other games does not give this error.
