Would you please help me resolve my issue. Every time I tried to update my Sims 4 game an error popped up saying "Something went wrong during your download. Give us a few minutes, then try again." It has continued to do this for the past week. I have full bars so it is not an internet issue, and I have also tried the other methods people have suggested. I then uninstalled Sims 4 from my EA app hoping this would resolve the issue. Instead, I can now no longer download the app. The same error continues to pop up. Can you please help me?
