"About 10 days ago, I purchased EA Play Pro, but I haven't been able to download any EA Play Pro games. I keep getting the error message: 'There's a problem with your download. Something went wrong during your download. Give us a few minutes, then try again.' I've tried several solutions like app recovery, etc. When I switch to my friend's EA Play Pro account on my computer, I can download FC25 without any issues, but I can't download it with my own account. This issue affects all EA Play Pro games, but I purchased the subscription specifically to play FC25. My friend can play the game with his EA Play Pro account on his own computer, but when he logs into my account from his computer, he can't access the game either. I believe the issue is related to my account. I've contacted EA Support multiple times, but they haven't provided a solution. They even said, in a way that feels dismissive, that there was nothing they could do to help. If EA Support can't assist with this issue, what can they help with?"
