Had these issues back in April and May. My issues got fixed, but now they're back.
Specifically, Some support agent re-added Battlefield V to my account and I think they made a mistake (since then it showed as the "EA Pro Edition", even though I should own the Digital Deluxe Edition (pre-ordered on Origin). It worked. Now the game suddenly showed an update, but the update failed. Uninstalling and an attempt to reinstall once again cause the "There's ap roblem with your download" error.
I just updated the EA App using the updater. Reinstalling the app does not fix the issue, using a different drive doesn't fix the issue either.
According to the EA App logs it's once again a licensing issue (similar to what I've experienced earlier this year).
System: Windows 11 x64
EA App: 13.329.0.5842 (89708-ebc3be5f67)
From the EA App logs:
Handling game install error of category [0], code [3], extra context [ archiveUrl=[] installPath=[C:\Spiele\Battlefield V]], details [message=[Offer is not owned.] category=[Prepare Error] errorCode=[UnauthorizedError] extraContext=[ archiveUrl=[] installPath=[C:\Spiele\Battlefield V]] externalCode=[200] isExternal=[false] cdn=[Unspecified] command=[Run] correlationId=[db1bf993-e11b-4cc5-80a2-88465ade90c7] errorData=[readAccess=[true] writeAccess=[true] executeAccess=[true] ] installLogs=[]]

Trying to get this fixed once more by a support agent who'll usually just try to get you to reinstall everything, then leagve you with "nothing I can do" over and over again with no solution is not helpful and just frustrating. I know they have certain policies set etc. but when you try to explain you it shows the wrong edition and you're just ignored for the x-th time it just makes me want to never touch an EA title again.
