"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Happened on me (Win 11, newest EA app ends with 5853) when buying a new sims4 add on, can't neither repair nor download nor update my game and now fails to launch even in offline mode, talked to three advisors with no solution (one even told me to boot my pc!) , report id is cd1f5329-75b3-4978-b92b-70e6330c280d. Attempted all troubleshootings methods, now just want to know to how play ea games on my steam!
