I also kept trying and finally got it uninstalled. It now works, but I do not dare think it's permanently fixed.
I have tried it all, and hundred other stuffs EA customer experience asked me to do, but still no solution ! I am facing these problems
1. every time i launch the EA app, and go to library, the game wont load, I bought FIFA 23 recently, and i had fifa 22 too, but none of them appears and i get the message "things are taking little longer than usual, hold tight when we try to solve the problem"
2. and once in a while (maybe once in hundred times) even when i see the game in my library and start downloading, it gets stuck in the "preparing" phase for hours! and then when i cancel the download or exit the app to restart download then again i cant find the games anymore! Its so frustrating, can anyone help me please ?!
