Summarize your bug Command and Conquer Generals fails to launch. I get a screen that says "This game requires administrative permissions. Do you want to grant access and launch the game? I click yes, the box goes away and the game fails to launch. This happens on a fresh install of Windows 10 and fresh EA app launcher and fresh C&C Generals install.

What do you expect to see? I expect S&C to launch, but it does not
