Hi there @LukeSly_Gaming,
Have you checked that you're logging into the EA app with the same EA account that your Xbox gamertag is currently linked with? You'll need to be logging in with the correct account details to access your games.
You can verify if you're logging in correctly by checking the Connections tab on your EA account- if you don't see your gamertag listed there, that means you're logging in with the wrong EA account details.

What game specifically is missing from your account? Was this game purchased directly through the EA app?
- 3 years ago@EA_Solaire This is Dragon Age: Inquisition and Dragon Age 2, both purchased and working in Origin from May 2019. Once the EA app was forced upon me, I lost both. I have created several cases about this, to no avail. In fact, your support service completely disregarded the proof I sent them - a snapshot of my account purchase history - and claimed that I do not own the games. Funny then, that they worked perfectly for 3 years in Origin, no?

If they went missing after your transfer over to the EA app, then they were most likely registered with a different EA account than the one you've logged into the EA app with.
We don't have access to your account details here on the forums to verify where your games are located, but you can contact live support again, provide your order number for these purchases, and the live support team can locate and verify which EA account the games are currently tied with.
