The fact that I could buy the Enchanted by Nature expansion pack a month ago without any errors shows that this is definitely related to the August sale. What's weird is that I can purchase an EA Play membership or buy bundles HOWEVER I get the #54001 error code when I try to buy any kits or packs. It's also definitely not related to the payment methods as I tried many debit cards and credit cards, both had Visa or Mastercard variations.

    same here are u sure about other games part because I can add battlefield to my cart but I can't add any packs from sims 4
