    Nevermind, I got into contact with EA Support myself. And it was resolved as an account permissions issue.

@skylife0110 I whole heartedly agree. This platform is over two years old, and still people are having problems with it. And EA does not care. They have fixed the issue for some people and I would wager 99% of the other people who cannot download their purchases are having the same issue that requires EA Staff to actually start playing with permissions of the app. OR! They should just go back to Origin.

I think I understand what the issue is for me. It is an account based issue. EA App says I own Battlefield 2042 Ultimate. When, I don't I had refunded it after the failed beta test.
A month or so after release I purchased the standard copy. So maybe you could give me someone from corporate to talk to fix this issue for me? Yes? Please?

    I wonder if the common feature of those who have this problem is to download and play the game in beta phase? Because there may not be a problem with the program. I can easily download other games in my library. Battlefield V also downloads. I don't know what the reason is that this problem is not solved, they just don't want it.
