Summarize your bug I'm trying to reset my pin code for my origin account so I can have my games back. EA server is not sending the reset email to @tx.rr.com
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try send an email to @tx.rr.com email accounts.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot have access to games I paid for
What do you expect to see? An email with a pin code to reset my password

Im trying to reset my password for an origin account since the migration to EA. EA server is not emailing the reset pin code to my @tx.rr.com .
I have multiple chats and emails. It's all useless bots. I need a real human please. I want to play the games I paid for. Who can help me?
I opened a different email account to verify issues. @ea.com will respond to my emails with "Hello,
We no longer monitor this email address and we want to make sure you get the help you need.

but @e.ea.com will not respond or send emails. The issue is on E.EA's end. I just want to restore my account and play games. I need a real human. PLEASE!

You should be able to create a new case here to get in touch with our support team directly.
Since you're unable to log in and access your games without receiving that email, after following the above link you should be able to select the options The EA app | PC | Manage my account | Can't log in to get started.
