Unable To Add Friends On EA App
Me and my friend cant add each other and cant see other people, also our privacy settings are fine, and still cant add people It only says NO RESULTS and even though we tried ID, real name and E-mai...
This answer from other post actually helped me:
While I was never able to add my Brother using his EA ID, we did find out that we could add each other via the import from Steam feature after making his Steam profile Public. We did this by following these steps in Steam:
1) Hover over your Profile name then choose "Profile"
2) Click "Edit Profile"
3) Click "Privacy Settings"
4) Change "My Profile" to "Public"
My Brother had his set to Friends Only. Once he switched it to Public, his name showed up in EA under the Import from Steam list.
