Unable to Connect to EA Servers via EA App

Dear EA Support Team,

I recently purchased Battlefield 2042 on Steam, and after installing the game, I was prompted to download the EA App to play it. However, despite installing the app, I was unable to connect to the EA servers.

I spent three days trying to resolve this issue but couldn't find a solution, so I ultimately had to request a refund for the game on Steam, as it seemed unplayable without the EA App.

Could you please help me understand what went wrong with the EA App and provide guidance on how to fix this issue if I decide to purchase the game again?
