Unable to Down Pack once code was accepted

I bought the For Rent Expansion pack off CDKeys and once EA accepted the code, the pack didn’t automatically download like it usually does. My solution: I double checked on the Sims 4 game that I actually owned the pack (I did and it told me “download for use”) so I restarted my Mac and when I reopened EA, I went to Sims 4 game on EA, clicked on “manage” where it expanded all my current add-ons and it finally gave me the option to “download” my new pack. I really hope this helps anyone who encounters this issue.
