I don't know what's wrong. You guys say I don't have EA play on my account despite everything I can see saying that I do.

I really don't know what I can do from my end. All of the support staff won't or can't help me.

You may want to check with Support to verify whether you have a Child account.

I have a child account on Xbox, why can't I access EA Play on PC?

As part of the platform safety measures for PC at Electronic Arts, child accounts don’t have online access and as a result won’t have access to EA Play.
