@Koala0nFire Same here. I even uninstalled the game now it wont download. You can do better EA

@niva1959 same issue. seems like all the old workarounds no longer work. It's so frustrating that the only solution at this point is "sit and wait"

    Yepp same problem for me. Every time I try to download Mass Effect Legendary Edition, it says "preparing" and then the download error message comes.

    Feels like I've tried everything and nothing works. And it's just this game. I tried others and they worked fine.
