Unable to download or install

If it's an add-on, have you checked the library by going to The Sims 3 and then clicking Manage Add-Ons there?

I can't even see it in the game library.. it was an add-on for The Sims 3

so you can see the game in your game library in the EA app, and when you click to install, nothing happens? It doesn't load for even a second, no pop-up or error message?

what exactly is the issue when you try to install the games? And with Starfighter, do you mean Star Wars Squadrons?
