I agree, it shouldn't be that difficult to fix.. I keep trying almost everyday but nothing seems to work..
@BroKenZ024 EA it would be nice to have some news regarding this topic, after more than 1 month I haven't played a single game yet..

I don't think that is a solution. For me, it is still not working. Why isn't EA providing any solution to this? SO many people are having this error.
