Unable to launch game

Downloaded Battlefield Hardline from Steam, tried to launch the game, Steam stops launching the game and opens the EA app, tried to launch the game from the EA app, brings me to the battlelog website...

Also I have tried through Origin, Chrome, and Edge so it's not a browser issue.
